Matern Professional Engineering is well versed in continuing/minor projects. These small, fast-tracked projects have helped grow our firm. They are just as important to us today as they were 20 years ago when we received our first contract from Volusia County Schools.

Since the award of that contract, we have performed over 1000 continuing/minor projects for various government agencies, school districts and colleges throughout the state. These projects have ranged from toilet renovations to central energy plant upgrades.

Through this experience, we understand the needs, schedules, budget requirements, and other aspects of continuing/minor projects. We understand that these projects are small in size, under time and budget constraints, are sometimes performed on occupied campuses and may be complicated.

We have the experience and staff to effectively handle any of these situations. We are prepared to perform any necessary studies to determine cost effective solutions for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology or commissioning need.
