Adrian Baus, PE

Adrian Baus, PE, LEED AP
Director of Engineering
BS in Electrical Engineering
University of Central Florida, 1991

What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Adrian?
Adrian wanted to enhance his triple PE with the knowledge of LEED design. This training helps design more efficient systems.

Ryan Strandquest, LEED AP

Ryan Strandquest, LEED AP

BS in Engineering Technology University of Central Florida, 1997
MS in Industrial Engineering University of Central Florida, 2008

What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Ryan?
Implementing sustainable designs today will allow our children to prosper in a cleaner and greener environment tomorrow.

Lannie Farmer, LEED AP
Lannie Farmer LEED AP
Vice President / Mechanical Designer
Co-Author of "Laboratory Fume Hood Operations", ASHRAE Journal
What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Lannie?
MPE has incorporated many of the LEED requirements into our everyday design for years. Designing for a cleaner and efficient environment is now and has always been a basic personal and corporate philosophy.

K. Todd Griffith, PE
K. Todd Griffith, PE, LEED AP
Mechanical Engineer
BS in Mechanical Engineering
Auburn University, 1993
What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Todd?
Sustainable design is about giving the building owner a better building that is energy efficient and has a low impact on the environment. Buildings consume approximately 68% of the electricity produced in the United States. Any effort we make as design professionals to reduce energy consumption is the responsible thing to do.

Onofre Mayuga, PE, RCDD/OSP Specialist, LEED AP

Onofre Mayuga, PE, RCDD/OSP Specialist, LEED AP
Senior Systems Engineer
BS in Electrical Engineering
ABET Accredited Program of Higher Education in US, 2002

What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Onofre?
Sustainable design oriented building provides a healthy and productive environment for occupants. This design approach will give synergistic green building strategy of saving mother earth while gaining economies of scale: lower operating cost, tax rebates, zoning allowances and increase asset value. The LEED certified building shows commitment to environmental health, safety and global responsibility.

Brad Perrott, EI

Brad Perrott, PE, LEED AP
Senior Project Manager
BS in Mechanical Engineering
University of Florida, 2002

What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Brad?
It's important because it's such a hot topic right now in the construction industry. I like to help educate owners on the benefits of LEED design.

Marc Sherman, EI

Marc Sherman, EI, LEED AP
Mechanical Engineer
BS in Mechanical Engineering
University of Maryland, 2003

What Makes LEED / Green Design Important to Marc?
In order to compensate for population growth and booming economies around the globe, it is important to build more environmentally friendly buildings and structures.

Farrah Chmilnitzky, LEED AP
