Matern Professional Engineering is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to help grow our Jacksonville office and play a key role as project leader. Candidate must understand HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, procurement and installation specifications and have general field experience. Other needed skills include ability to manage support staff, work as a team member, good communication, both written and oral, and knowledge of Word & Excel. AutoCAD experience and familiarity with Florida codes are a plus. BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PE is encouraged, but not required.
